Dynamics
Create a dynamic, invite your partner, and set the terms the two of you live by. You can belong to more than one, and they stay completely separate.
Collar & Key is a private app for adults who structure their relationship deliberately. What you agreed to, what's expected today, and how it's actually going, all held in one place, by consent, for both of you.
In development. Not yet released on the App Store or Google Play.
Consensual power exchange runs on things that are easy to lose track of: what was agreed, what changed, what's due, and whether it's working. Most couples keep that in notes apps, group chats and memory.
Collar & Key gives it a structure. Both partners see the same agreement, the same expectations and the same history, and nothing binding takes effect until both of you have said yes.
Create a dynamic, invite your partner, and set the terms the two of you live by. You can belong to more than one, and they stay completely separate.
Write the arrangement down as clauses, then sign it, both of you. Terms are locked once signed, and any change goes through a proposed amendment that the other person has to accept. Nothing edits itself out from under you.
Day-to-day expectations, scheduled the way you actually live. You decide how much each one asks: a quiet reminder, or something submitted with a photo or clip and signed off.
Standing protocols that aren't tasks. Praise and corrections are logged rather than left implicit, and an optional points economy turns consistency into something you can spend.
Plan a session step by step, with the gear involved and an aftercare plan, or have the app draft one for you to edit. Both partners confirm before it's scheduled. A safeword stop isn't a failure. It ends the scene and moves straight into aftercare.
Private entries, or shared ones grouped into topics, with moods, photos and video. Write for yourself or write to each other. Nothing leaves your dynamic unless you publish it.
The photos and clips from your journals and tasks, gathered in one place instead of scattered through months of history. Keep what's worth keeping, delete the rest.
A structured list of interests, curiosities and hard limits for each partner. Compare them side by side to find the overlap, and to make the limits impossible to miss.
The dynamic's inventory and economy in one place: gear, earned rewards, and what's been banked or spent.
Optional and off by default. Follow other dynamics under a handle, share a ritual you're proud of, and browse member-curated books, podcasts and resources. Your private records stay private unless you publish them.
The app is built so that one person cannot quietly change the terms for the other. Agreements need two signatures. Amendments need acceptance. Scenes need both partners to confirm before they're scheduled.
Your safeword is a setting in the dynamic, not a detail buried in a document, and stopping is treated as a normal, blameless outcome everywhere it appears. Either partner can pause the dynamic at any time, which suspends expectations rather than marking them failed.
Journals, interest lists and personal records are visible only to your account unless you deliberately share them with your partner or publish them to the community.
Your account can only ever open your own information and the dynamics you belong to. Nobody else's account can reach it.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use what you write to target advertising at you. There is no advertising in the app.
Delete individual pieces of content, or delete your whole account. Both can be done from inside the app, or from our account deletion page.
Consensual power exchange is a real relationship structure practiced by a lot of ordinary adults, and the tools available to them are mostly improvised. We think it deserves software built with the same care as anything else people organize their lives around.
That means being explicit about consent, careful with sensitive data, and honest about what the app is: an organizer for a relationship two adults have already chosen. It is not a place to meet people, and not a place for explicit content.
